Job Description

Seeking a creative, proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Executive to support our brand marketing initiatives, digital campaigns and content development.

The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams to strengthen brand awareness, engage customers and support marketing activities within the food and FMCG industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and executing marketing plans to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
  • Ensure marketing activities align with brand objectives and messaging.
  • Conduct market research and monitor consumer and industry trends.
  • Support the planning and execution of digital, social media and offline marketing campaigns.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure timely campaign delivery.
  • Maintain marketing materials, brand assets and campaign records.
  • Assist in developing and publishing social media content.
  • Monitor social media advertising budgets and expenditure.
  • Support photography and videography for products, campaigns and events.
  • Track campaign performance and relevant marketing metrics.
  • Prepare marketing reports and provide insights for improvement.
  • Support campaign optimisation to improve marketing effectiveness.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related discipline.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Good understanding of digital marketing, social media management and content creation.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using digital tools.
  • Familiarity with Canva, CapCut or Figma is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop or Premiere Pro is an added advantage.
  • Strong communication, organisational and project coordination skills.
  • Proactive, creative and willing to learn.
  • Interest in brand management, food products and the FMCG industry.
