Je pakt makkelijk de telefoon, helpt klanten verder en houdt overzicht over offertes en afspraken. Zoek je een afwisselende functie waarin klantcontact, sales en organiseren samenkomen? Dan maken we graag kennis met je.We zoeken een Medewerker Inside Sales & Sales Support voor een van onze opdrachtgevers in de IT-sector. Je combineert contact met zakelijke klanten en leveranciers met het uitwerken van offertes en het ondersteunen van het verkoopproces.Wat ga je doen?Een klant heeft een aanvraag ingediend. Jij controleert wat er nodig is, vraagt ontbrekende informatie op en stemt prijzen en beschikbaarheid af. Zodra de offerte is verstuurd, volg je deze actief op. Ondertussen zorg je dat de afspraken goed in Salesforce staan en dat collega's weten wat de volgende stap is.Je belangrijkste werkzaamheden:- Klanten en leveranciers helpen. Je beantwoordt vragen via telefoon en e-mail, denkt mee en houdt betrokkenen op de hoogte.- Offertes voorbereiden en opvolgen. Je verzamelt informatie, werkt aanbiedingen uit en neemt contact op met klanten om de voortgang te bespreken.- Commerciële kansen herkennen. Je luistert naar de klant en werkt met het accountteam aan passende aanbiedingen en het binnenhalen van orders.- Overzicht houden. Je bewaakt deadlines, openstaande aanvragen, contractafspraken en verlengmomenten.- De administratie op orde houden. Je verwerkt klantgegevens, offertes en afspraken zorgvuldig in Salesforce en andere systemen.- Samenwerken en verbeteren. Je schakelt met sales, inkoop, ordermanagement en finance en signaleert waar processen beter kunnen.- Je werkt zelfstandig binnen duidelijke afspraken. Bij technische vragen of complexere aanvragen schakel je met de juiste collega of specialist.
