Via digitale zorgplatforms worden cliënten begeleid op het gebied van onder andere mannengezondheid en medisch begeleid afvallen.De organisatie is actief in meerdere Europese landen en blijft zich ontwikkelen om zorg slimmer, efficiënter en persoonlijker te maken.Je maakt deel uit van een ambitieus en betrokken team waarin samenwerking, zelfstandigheid en initiatief centraal staan. Dankzij korte communicatielijnen en een dynamische werkomgeving krijg je de ruimte om mee te denken over verbeteringen en bij te dragen aan de verdere ontwikkeling van digitale zorg.Over de functieAls Medisch Assistent maak je deel uit van het Medisch Support team. Je speelt een belangrijke rol in de eerste beoordeling van cliëntendossiers voordat deze worden voorgelegd aan een verpleegkundige of arts.Je houdt je bezig met triage, dossierbeheer en cliëntcontact. Je zorgt ervoor dat dossiers volledig zijn, signalen tijdig worden opgepakt en cliënten op de juiste manier worden doorverwezen. Samen met je collega's draag je bij aan een zorgvuldig en efficiënt zorgproces.Jouw verantwoordelijkhedenTriage en beoordelingJe controleert nieuwe intakes, beoordeelt of de benodigde informatie aanwezig is en helpt bepalen welke prioriteit en zorgroute passend zijn. Bij twijfel overleg je met een verpleegkundige of arts.
