Your mission

Als Founder Associate Intern arbeitest du als Sparringspartner/in direkt an der Seite unserer Geschäftsführerin Petra Lütkewitte. Du hältst ihr den Rücken im Tagesgeschäft frei, treibst eigenverantwortlich operative Teilprojekte voran und fungierst als zentrale Schnittstelle zu allen Abteilungen, um die Neuausrichtung unseres Unternehmens aktiv mitzugestalten.

Deine Aufgaben

Du unterstützt die Geschäftsführung bei der erfolgreichen Durchführung des Mergers. Das beinhaltet:

  • Merger & Change Management: Du begleitest den Fusionsprozess aktiv, hilfst bei der Nachverfolgung strategischer Meilensteine und unterstützt bei der Vorbereitung interner Change-Prozesse.
  • Prozess- & Projektmanagement: Du übernimmst Verantwortung für eigene Teilprojekte, analysierst bestehende Abläufe im Unternehmensverbund und hilfst dabei, neue, effiziente Workflows zu etablieren.
  • Strategische Vorbereitung & Research: Du erstellst Entscheidungsvorlagen, Präsentationen und Markt-/Konkurrenzanalysen für die Geschäftsführerin und nimmst bei Bedarf an strategischen Meetings teil.
  • Schnittstellenkommunikation: Du agierst als Bindeglied zwischen der Geschäftsführung und den operativen Teams sowie Sales, HR, Finance und Marketing, um eine nahtlose Informationstransparenz zu gewährleisten.
  • Operational Excellence: Du unterstützt im Daily Business der Geschäftsführung von der Vor- und Nachbereitung wichtiger Board- und Team-Meetings bis hin zur Priorisierung von Sonderaufgaben.
  • Smart & Tech-Driven: Du nutzt moderne Tools und KI-gestützte Workflows, um operative Abläufe zu automatisieren und die Effizienz in der Arbeit auf das nächste Level zu heben.

Your profile

  • Dein Background: Du studierst Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Wirtschaftspsychologie, Business Administration oder einen vergleichbaren Studiengang (Bachelor ab dem 4. Semester oder Master).
  • Rahmenbedingungen: Es handelt sich um ein im Rahmen deines Studiums vorgeschriebenes Pflichtpraktikum. Die ideale Dauer beträgt 6 Monate.
  • Mindset & Multi-Tasking: Du bist strukturiert, analytisch stark und behältst auch in dynamischen Phasen den Überblick. Du denkst lösungsorientiert und bringst eine hohe Hands-on-Mentalität mit.
  • Kommunikation & Diskretion: Du kommunizierst verbindlich, professionell und gewinnend über alle Hierarchieebenen hinweg und weißt mit vertraulichen Informationen verantwortungsvoll umzugehen.
  • Sprache: Sehr gutes Deutsch (in Wort und Schrift) sowie fließendes Englisch für unser internationales Team sind für dich selbstverständlich.
