What you'll be doing

• Comprehensive outpatient primary care for a diverse adult patient population in Southeast Los Angeles.
• Proactively address HEDIS and STARs measures to improve health plan quality ratings.
• High-risk patient huddles and care coordination with clinical and support teams.
• Clinical oversight and mentorship of NPs and PAs in the clinic.
• Collaborate with clinic leadership on productivity, efficiency, and performance metrics.

What you bring

• MD or DO degree; board certified — or board eligible, must certify within 12 months
• Current, unrestricted CA medical license and valid DEA number
• STARs, HEDIS, or Medicare Advantage quality experience a strong plus
• TB test required (CareMore Health business unit requirement)

Compensation Range:

$253,643.00

to

$380,464.00

The anticipated base salary range represents the Company's good-faith estimate of the compensation it reasonably expects to pay for this position at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, skills, qualifications, geographic location, internal equity, and business needs.
