Für ein Spital im Berner Seeland mit verschiedenen chirurgischen Fachdisziplinen suchen wir eine erfahrene und engagierte dipl. Fachperson Operationstechnik HF für einen zeitlich befristeten Einsatz mit der Möglichkeit einer anschliessenden Festanstellung.

Anforderungsprofil ##

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als dipl. Fachfrau / Fachmann Operationstechnik HF
  • Bei ausländischen Ausbildungsabschlüssen ist die SRK-Anerkennung zwingend erforderlich
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung und Sicherheit im operativen Alltag
  • Selbstständige, vorausschauende und mitdenkende Arbeitsweise
  • Flexibilität und Freude an unterschiedlichen chirurgischen Fachdisziplinen
  • Belastbarkeit, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Teamfähigkeit
  • Gute Deutsch- und/oder Französischkenntnisse; Kenntnisse der jeweils anderen Sprache sind von Vorteil

Aufgaben ##

  • Instrumentieren und Zudienen bei operativen Eingriffen verschiedener chirurgischer Fachdisziplinen
  • Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen und effizienten Operationsablaufs
  • Vorausschauendes und selbstständiges Arbeiten im Operationssaal
  • Fachgerechte Vor- und Nachbereitung der Operationssäle und Instrumente
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem interdisziplinären OP-Team
  • Gewährleistung der Einhaltung von Hygiene-, Qualitäts- und Sicherheitsstandards
