Anforderungsprofil ##

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH (bei im Ausland erworbenen Abschlüssen wird die SRK Anerkennung vorausgesetzt)
  • Berufserfahrung in der Psychiatrie ist zwingend erforderlich
  • Hohe Fach- und Sozialkompetenz
  • Selbstständige und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise

Aufgaben ##

  • Fachgerechte und einfühlsame Pflege und Betreuung von Menschen in akuten psychischen Krisen- und Belastungssituationen
  • Kontinuierliche Beobachtung und Einschätzung des psychischen Befindens sowie frühzeitiges Erkennen von Veränderungen
  • Individuelle Unterstützung bei der psychischen Stabilisierung und Bewältigung alltäglicher Herausforderungen
  • Aufbau und Gestaltung professioneller, vertrauensvoller Beziehungen als Grundlage einer wertschätzenden Pflege
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit und fachlicher Austausch innerhalb des interprofessionellen Behandlungsteams
