Für eine grosse Klinik im Berner Seeland mit verschiedenen medizinischen Fachdisziplinen suchen wir eine engagierte und erfahrene diplomierte Pflegefachperson mit Schwerpunkt Nephrologie und Dialyse.

Es erwartet Sie ein anspruchsvoller und abwechslungsreicher temporärer Einsatz in einem spezialisierten Fachbereich. Wenn Sie sich wohlfühlen und die Zusammenarbeit für beide Seiten passt, besteht die Möglichkeit einer anschliessenden Festanstellung.

Anforderungsprofil ##

  • Diplom als Pflegefachperson HF/FH oder eine gleichwertige Ausbildung mit schweizerischer Anerkennung
  • Berufserfahrung im Bereich Nephrologie und Dialyse
  • Freude am Umgang mit medizinisch-technischen Geräten und ein gutes technisches Verständnis
  • Ausgeprägtes Einfühlungsvermögen und eine hohe Patientenorientierung
  • Motivation und Begeisterung für Ihren Pflegeberuf
  • Organisationstalent, Belastbarkeit und eine selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Gute Deutsch- und/oder Französischkenntnisse sowie die Bereitschaft, sich in der jeweils anderen Sprache verständigen zu können

Aufgaben ##

  • Fachgerechte und selbstständige Pflege und Betreuung von Patientinnen und Patienten im Bereich Nephrologie und Dialyse
  • Durchführung und Überwachung dialysespezifischer Behandlungen
  • Sicherer und fachkundiger Umgang mit medizinisch-technischen Geräten
  • Erkennen und Einschätzen von Veränderungen des Gesundheitszustandes
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem interdisziplinären Behandlungsteam
  • Sicherstellung einer professionellen und patientenorientierten Pflege
