Für eine moderne Pflegeinstitution in der Stadt St. Gallen suchen wir eine erfahrene Fachfrau oder einen erfahrenen Fachmann Gesundheit für einen temporären Einsatz.

Die Institution verfügt über rund 50 Pflegeplätze, verteilt auf fünf Wohngruppen, darunter eine geschützte Demenzwohngruppe.

Anforderungsprofil ##

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachfrau / Fachmann Gesundheit EFZ (FaGe) oder gleichwertige Ausbildung
  • Berufserfahrung in der Langzeitpflege
  • Freude an der Pflege und Betreuung älterer Menschen
  • Selbständige, zuverlässige und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Bereitschaft für Früh-, Spät- und Wochenenddienste

Aufgaben ##

  • Individuelle Pflege und Betreuung der Bewohnenden
  • Durchführung behandlungspflegerischer Massnahmen im eigenen Kompetenzbereich
  • Beobachtung und Weitergabe pflegerelevanter Veränderungen
  • Fachgerechte Pflegedokumentation
  • Zusammenarbeit im interdisziplinären Team
