Anforderungsprofil ##

  • Ausbildung als Fachperson Gesundheit EFZ
  • Erfahrung im Bereich Spitex
  • Führerausweis
  • Selbständigkeit, Verlässlichkeit und eine vorausdenkende Arbeitsmoral
  • Freude an der Arbeit im häuslichen Umfeld
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse

Aufgaben ##

Sie arbeiten selbstständig bei Klientinnen und Klienten zu Hause und unterstützen diese dabei, ihren Alltag möglichst eigenständig zu bewältigen. Sie führen pflegerische Tätigkeiten durch, unter anderem Hilfe bei der Körperpflege, beim An- und Auskleiden, bei der Mobilisation sowie bei der Nahrungsaufnahme. Sie planen Ihre Einsätze gemäss Vorgaben, dokumentieren die erbrachten Leistungen und tauschen relevante Beobachtungen mit dem Team aus. Sie erkennen Veränderungen im Gesundheitszustand frühzeitig und reagieren angemessen oder ziehen Fachpersonen bei. Neben pflegerischen Aufgaben übernehmen Sie auch einfache hauswirtschaftliche Unterstützung.
