Unser Kunde ist eine etablierte Institution für erwachsene Menschen mit kognitiven und mehrfachen Beeinträchtigungen. In verschiedenen Wohnangeboten stehen eine individuelle Pflege und Betreuung sowie die Selbstbestimmung und Lebensqualität der Bewohnenden im Mittelpunkt.

Für einen temporären Einsatz suchen wir per sofort eine Fachfrau oder einen Fachmann Gesundheit (FaGe) 80\-90%.

Anforderungsprofil ------------------

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachfrau / Fachmann Gesundheit EFZ (FaGe) oder gleichwertige Ausbildung
  • Offenheit und Interesse an der Pflege und Begleitung von Menschen mit Beeinträchtigung
  • Sicherheit in der Durchführung pflegerischer und medizinaltechnischer Massnahmen
  • Selbstständige, verantwortungsbewusste und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Wertschätzende Haltung und Freude an der interdisziplinären Zusammenarbeit
  • Bereitschaft zu \-, Spät\- und Wochenenddiensten

Aufgaben --------

  • Fachgerechte Pflege und Betreuung von erwachsenen Menschen mit Beeinträchtigung
  • Durchführung medizinaltechnischer und pflegerischer Massnahmen im eigenen Kompetenzbereich
  • Beobachtung und Einschätzung des Gesundheitszustands der Bewohnenden
  • Förderung der Selbstständigkeit und Unterstützung bei der individuellen Alltagsgestaltung
  • Pflegedokumentation sowie Zusammenarbeit mit dem Betreuungs\- und Pflegeteam
