Für eine spezialisierte Institution im Bereich der Langzeitpflege in Basel suchen wir eine engagierte Pflegefachperson HF oder Fachperson Gesundheit EFZ für die stellvertretende Leitung einer Wohngruppe. Der Schwerpunkt liegt auf der individuellen Pflege und Betreuung von Menschen mit demenziellen Erkrankungen.

Sie erwartet eine vielseitige Tätigkeit, bei der Sie Ihre pflegerischen Fachkenntnisse mit organisatorischer Verantwortung verbinden können. Anforderungsprofil ##

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als dipl. Pflegefachperson HF oder Fachperson Gesundheit EFZ beziehungsweise gleichwertige, SRK-anerkannte Ausbildung
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der geriatrischen Pflege und Palliative Care
  • Erfahrung in der Pflege und Betreuung von Menschen mit Demenz
  • Erste Führungserfahrung von Vorteil
  • Freude an der Übernahme organisatorischer und fachlicher Verantwortung
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Fähigkeit, Zusammenhänge zu erkennen und Abläufe vorausschauend zu koordinieren
  • Empathische und respektvolle Haltung gegenüber Bewohnerinnen und Bewohnern
  • Ausgeprägte Sozial- und Kommunikationskompetenz
  • Teamfähigkeit, Belastbarkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Aufgaben ##

  • Professionelle Pflege und Betreuung von Menschen mit demenziellen Erkrankungen
  • Übernahme der Bezugspersonenpflege und Mitverantwortung für die Pflegequalität
  • Planung, Durchführung und Evaluation des Pflegeprozesses entsprechend den beruflichen Kompetenzen
  • Unterstützung der Wohngruppenleitung bei der Organisation und Koordination des Pflegealltags
  • Übernahme der stellvertretenden Führungsverantwortung bei Abwesenheit der Wohngruppenleitung
  • Begleitung von Bewohnerinnen und Bewohnern in geriatrischen und palliativen Pflegesituationen
  • Förderung einer wertschätzenden und konstruktiven Zusammenarbeit im Team
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Angehörigen, Ärztinnen und Ärzten sowie weiteren Fachpersonen
