Für ein familiäres Alters- und Pflegeheim in der Region Basel suchen wir eine Leitung Pflege und Betreuung 80-100%. Für das Heim ist ein respektvoller Umgang mit den Bewohnenden und im Team selbstverständlich. Es legt Wert darauf, dass sich die Bewohnenden zu Hause fühlen. Das Alters und Pflegeheim ist sehr gut mit dem öffentlichen Verkehr wie auch mit dem Auto zu erreichen.

Anforderungsprofil ##

  • Abgeschlossene höhere Ausbildung (Tertiärstufe) im Bereich Pflege/Betreuung (mind. dipl. Pflegefachfrau/-mann HF)
  • Führungsausbildung und ausgewiesene Berufs- und Führungserfahrung
  • Ausgeprägte Belastbarkeit und sehr gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten
  • Respektvollen und offenen Führungsstil

Aufgaben ##

  • Sie sind für die fachliche und organisatorische Leitung der gesamten Pflegeabteilungen verantwortlich
  • Sie stellen mit Ihrem Team eine zukunftsgerichtete Weiterentwicklung einer dienstleistungs- und bewohnerorientierten, professionellen Pflegequalität nach aktuellen Standards sicher
  • Sie gewährleisten mit Ihrer Erfahrung eine fachgerechte Dokumentation von Pflegeleistungen
  • Sie sind die zentrale Ansprechperson für interne wie auch externe Anliegen wie von Seiten Bewohner, Angehörige, Ärzte, Spitäler etc.
  • Sie prüfen und initiieren mögliche Weiterentwicklungen von Qualität- und Wirtschaftlichkeit
  • Sie haben den Mut Struktur zu geben und zu erfassen
