Für eine grössere ambulante Organisation in Baselland, suchen wir zur Erweiterung des Fachteams Psychiatrie, Sie, als Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF 80\-100%

Anforderungsprofil ------------------

  • Diplomabschluss als Pflegefachperson HF
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in psychiatrischer Pflege
  • Führerschein Kat. B
  • Selbständige und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
  • Aufgeschlossene, flexible und empathische Persönlichkeit
  • Interesse an einer aktiven Mitgestaltung beim Ausbau des ambulanten psychiatrischen Angebots

Aufgaben --------

  • Selbständige, kompetente und ressourcenorientierte Pflege und Begleitung der Klientinnen und Klienten jeden Alters mit einer akuten oder chronischen psychiatrischen Diagnose
  • Unterstützung der Klientinnen und Klienten bei einem selbstbestimmten Alltag zu Hause
  • Verantwortlich für die Umsetzung des Behandlungsprozesses der zugeteilten Klienten
  • Interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit und Koordination mit Angehörigen, Ärzten und anderen Diensten
  • Beratung von Angehörigen und interdisziplinären Teams bei Fragen zur psychiatrischen Pflege

  • Geregelte Arbeitszeiten von Montag bis (ohne Spät\- oder Nachtdienst)
