YOUR ROLE

  • The Director of Product Management - Membership will lead the strategy, development, and growth of CareScout's membership platform, a consumer-focused offering designed to help individuals and families navigate aging, caregiving, wellness, and long-term care needs. This leader will own the end-to-end member experience, including subscription offerings, care planning, clinical wellness services, care navigation, provider network benefits, Care Circle experiences, and ongoing member engagement.

We are particularly interested in candidates who demonstrate strong product sense, analytical rigor, customer empathy, and the ability to lead through influence. • Deep understanding of modern product development practices (discovery, delivery, Agile).
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with senior leadership.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
