Care to Change zoekt een betrokken psychiater voor onze locatie in Utrecht.

Als psychiater vervul je een centrale rol binnen het behandelproces van volwassenen in de specialistische GGZ. Vanuit jouw psychiatrische expertise geef je richting aan diagnostiek, behandelbeleid en farmacotherapie voor cliënten met complexe en meervoudige problematiek, zoals persoonlijkheidsproblematiek, trauma en angst- en stemmingsklachten. Je werkt nauw samen met verschillende disciplines binnen een multidisciplinair team, waarin verbinding, vakmanschap en inhoudelijke samenwerking centraal staan.

Vanuit onze holistische visie kijken we naar de cliënt als geheel. We combineren gesprekstherapie en vaktherapie bewust, waarbij denken, voelen en doen met elkaar verbonden zijn.

De functie van psychiater wordt ingevuld als zelfstandig ondernemer (zzp).

Hoe jouw week eruitziet

  • vormgeven van behandelbeleid en bewaken van de samenhang, kwaliteit en continuïteit van zorg
  • inbrengen van psychiatrische expertise binnen intake, indicatiestelling en evaluatie van behandelingen
  • deelnemen aan multidisciplinair overleg en richting geven aan behandeling
  • uitvoeren van psychiatrische diagnostiek en farmacotherapie
  • periodieke achterwachtdiensten binnen kantooruren
  • zorgen voor zorgvuldige verslaglegging in het EPD

Je werkt enkel binnen kantoortijden en hebt geen avond- of weekenddiensten.

Als psychiater werk je samen met andere regiebehandelaren, gesprekstherapeuten, vaktherapeuten, casemanagers en medisch secretaresses. Samen zorgen jullie voor een zorgvuldig behandelproces, waarin ieders expertise wordt benut.

Binnen onze locatie in Utrecht werken we samen aan de verdere ontwikkeling van onze behandelingen en de samenwerking binnen het team. We vinden het belangrijk dat ieders kennis en perspectief wordt benut en dat er ruimte is om mee te denken over de zorg die we bieden.

Wat wij bieden

Bij een ZZP-opdracht is er sprake van zelfstandige uitvoering, eigen verantwoordelijkheid en geen gezagsverhouding. Wij toetsen de samenwerking aan de geldende wetgeving (Wet DBA en VBAR).

  • een uurtarief tussen de €167,50 en €187,50
  • de mogelijkheid om dagelijks mee te lunchen met het team

Wat jij meebrengt

  • een afgeronde opleiding tot psychiater en geldige registratie in het Specialistenregister
  • goede coördinatie-/regievaardigheden, vakinhoudelijk competent en gewend om multidisciplinair te werken
  • een beschikbaarheid van 8-16 uur per week
