Position Overview
We are seeking a hands-on Growth Operations Manager to own our HubSpot CRM and scale it as we grow across multiple firms. Reporting to the Director of Growth, this individual contributor role builds the processes that support our growth and turns our data into useful reporting. The role acts as the bridge between sales, marketing, and business development, so the team can rely on both the data and the process.
Key Responsibilities
- HubSpot Administration & Data Quality: Own CRM governance and data hygiene, including forms, workflows, lists, notifications, and object associations; archive inactive or duplicate records.
- Lead Pipeline Management: Design and maintain lead stages, routing, scoring, and qualification criteria with the sales team, including website forms routing into HubSpot.
- Reporting & Dashboards: Build executive and team dashboards and reports on new business, wins and losses, cross-sell opportunities, pipeline activity, revenue trends, and forecasting metrics.
- Marketing Operations Support: Support the setup and tracking of email campaigns, segmentation, automated workflows, and webinar and event promotion in HubSpot; maintain source attribution and ROI tracking.
- Integrations & Prospect Data: Connect LinkedIn and prospect research, enrichment, and outreach tools to HubSpot, and vet prospect data before it enters the CRM.
- Process & Automation: Translate sales and marketing needs into practical CRM workflows, standardize processes across multiple firms, and reduce manual work through automation.
- HubSpot Expert & User Support: Serve as the internal HubSpot expert, troubleshoot user issues, document how the system works, and help the team adopt HubSpot using its available training resources.
- Vendors & Roadmap: Coordinate with outside CRM and marketing technology vendors, and recommend system improvements that keep pace with our growth.
Requirements
- 3+ years in sales, revenue, or marketing operations with HubSpot as the primary CRM.
- Hands-on HubSpot administration across sales and marketing; experience with Professional-tier Marketing, Sales, and Service Hubs preferred.
- Track record improving CRM data quality and building dependable pipelines, workflows, and reports.
- Good judgment about when to automate and when a person needs to review the work.
- Clear communication and the ability to turn sales and marketing needs into practical systems.
- HubSpot certifications preferred.
- Experience standardizing processes across multiple business entities, or integrating LinkedIn, prospecting, or enrichment tools with HubSpot, a plus.
