Organizacja pracy operatorów i ustawiaczy oraz nadzór nad realizacją planu produkcyjnego. Samodzielne wykonywanie przezbrojeń maszyn, w tym wymiana, podłączanie i uruchamianie form. Ustawianie, uruchamianie i optymalizacja procesów wtrysku oraz rozdmuchu tworzyw sztucznych. Nadzór nad parametrami technologicznymi, jakością wyrobów i prawidłowym przebiegiem produkcji. Diagnozowanie i rozwiązywanie problemów technicznych oraz technologicznych związanych z maszynami, formami i procesem produkcyjnym. Kontrola prawidłowego przygotowania surowców oraz dbałość o ciągłość i efektywność produkcji. Współpraca z działami utrzymania ruchu, jakości i planowania produkcji. Wsparcie zespołu w realizacji zadań produkcyjnych oraz przestrzeganiu obowiązujących standardów.

wykształcenie - średnie zawodowe zawód - Mistrz produkcji w przemyśle chemicznym uprawnienie - Obsługa suwnic, wciągników i wciągarek ogólnego przeznaczenia doświadczenie w przetwórstwie tworzyw sztucznych, szczególnie w technologii wtrysku i rozdmuchu, umiejętność samodzielnego przezbrajania maszyn i obsługi form produkcyjnych. Znajomość budowy i działania form wtryskowych oraz rozdmuchowych. Umiejętność ustawiania i korygowania parametrów technologicznych oraz optymalizacji procesów. Znajomość właściwości tworzyw sztucznych i zasad przygotowania surowców do produkcji, w tym suszenia. Umiejętność diagnozowania wad wyrobów i rozwiązywania problemów technologicznych. Umiejętność organizacji pracy zespołu i jasnej komunikacji z pracownikami. Mile widziane doświadczenie na stanowisku Brygadzisty, Lidera Zmiany lub podobnym. Doświadczenie w pracy na wtryskarkach Engel i KraussMaffei. Umiejętność programowania i obsługi robotów Sepro współpracujących z wtryskarkami. Uprawnienia do obsługi wózków widłowych. Znajomość systemu ERP Comarch XL.
