Je analyseert prijs-, omzet-, marge- en performancedata en vertaalt die naar betrouwbare inzichten, businesscases en aanbevelingen. Je ondersteunt stakeholders bij het vinden van de juiste balans tussen commerciële groei, rendabiliteit en klantwaarde en heb je impact op commerciële beslissingen in België en Luxemburg.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Ontwikkelen van pricing- en commerciële inzichten: verzamelt, valideert en analyseert prijs-, omzet- en relevante marktdata en vertaalt deze naar betrouwbare en bruikbare inzichten, analyses en businesscases die commerciële besluitvorming ondersteunen
  • Ontwikkelen van prijsvoorstellen en commerciële aanbevelingen: ontwikkelt en onderbouwt prijsvoorstellen, simulaties en businesscases in lijn met de value proposition van Carglass en vertaalt de impact ervan op omzet, marge, klantwaarde en commerciële risico’s naar onderbouwde aanbevelingen voor commerciële besluitvorming.
  • Identificeren en prioriteren van commerciële opportuniteiten en risico’s: identificeert, kwantificeert en prioriteert commerciële opportuniteiten en risico’s op basis van prijszetting, commerciële prestaties, klantgedrag en relevante marktinzichten en vertaalt deze naar voorstellen die bijdragen aan duurzame commerciële groei, rendabiliteit en klantwaarde.
  • Realiseren van pricing- en commerciële initiatieven: coördineert en ondersteunt de ontwikkeling, implementatie en opvolging van goedgekeurde pricing en andere commerciële initiatieven en monitort de impact ervan op de commerciële prestaties en rendabiliteit.
  • Beheren en optimaliseren van pricing- en rapporteringsprocessen: beheert en optimaliseert pricing-, analyse- en rapporteringsprocessen om de efficiëntie, datakwaliteit en betrouwbaarheid van commerciële inzichten te verhogen en waarborgt de continuïteit van kritieke pricingactiviteiten door als inhoudelijke back-up voor de Pricing Coördinator op te treden.

Onze ideale kandidaat beschikt over:

  • Een masterdiploma in een economische, financiële of analytische richting, of een gelijkwaardig denk- en kennisniveau opgebouwd door relevante ervaring.
  • Minstens drie tot vijf jaar relevante ervaring in pricing, revenue management, commerciële analyse, business analytics, sales performance management, commerciële strategie. Ervaring binnen een B2B-context of in sectoren zoals verzekeringen, leasing, fleet of automotive is een plus.
  • Een doorgedreven vaardigheid in Excel en bij voorkeur ook met BI-tools om grote datasets en verschillende databronnen zelfstandig te analyseren en interpreteren.
  • Professionele communicatievaardigheden in het Nederlands, Frans en Engels waarmee je draagvlak creëert bij uiteenlopende stakeholders.
  • Het vermogen om zelfstandig scenario’s en modellen te ontwikkelen, data te valideren en complexe commerciële, financiële en klantgerichte belangen af te wegen.
  • Als Carglass medewerker draag je bij tot een veilige, kwaliteitsvolle en milieuvriendelijke werkomgeving binnen je eigen verantwoordelijkheden en volg je de nodige richtlijnen die hierover zijn opgesteld binnen de organisatie.
