The posting

Als Warehouse Administrator ben je de administratieve spil binnen het distributiecentrum. Je zorgt ervoor dat alle goederenbewegingen correct geregistreerd en opgevolgd worden, zodat de logistieke processen vlot blijven verlopen.

Je bent onder andere verantwoordelijk voor:

  • Het verwerken en opvolgen van inkomende en uitgaande goederenstromen.
  • Het aanmaken, controleren en beheren van bestelbonnen, ontvangstbonnen en paklijsten.
  • De administratieve opvolging van exportzendingen.
  • Het onthaal van chauffeurs, leveranciers, koeriers en bezoekers aan de balie.
  • Het beantwoorden en opvolgen van telefoons en e-mails.
  • Het ondersteunen van magazijnmedewerkers en teamleaders met de nodige administratieve informatie.
  • Het onderhouden van contacten met verschillende interne afdelingen zoals Customer Service, Aankoop, Kwaliteit en Business Support.

Wij zoeken een administratieve duizendpoot die graag werkt in een dynamische logistieke omgeving en energie haalt uit snel schakelen, samenwerking en nauwkeurigheid.

Jij brengt mee:

  • Een nauwkeurige en gestructureerde manier van werken.
  • Goede kennis van MS Office (minstens een goede basis Excel)
  • Interesse in logistieke processen en voorraadbeheer.
  • Een klant- en servicegerichte houding.
  • Sterke organisatorische vaardigheden en een groot verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel.
  • Het vermogen om snel te schakelen tussen verschillende taken en prioriteiten.
  • Verder ben je vlot in het Nederlands en Engels, kennis van andere talen is mooi meegenomen.
  • Pluspunten scoren kan je doen aan de hand van jouw eerdere ervaring in een logistieke of administratieve functie.
