Skupina cargo-partner je dinamično in hitro rastoče mednarodno transportno in logistično podjetje, ki ga posebej odlikujejo prekomorske rešitve in integrirani sistemi informacijske tehnologije. Prisotni smo v 30 državah sveta, naš team sestavlja več kot 3.000 strokovnjakov. V našo ekipo vabimo kandidata, za zasedbo delovnega mesta Carinski deklarant.

Naloge in odgovornosti:

  • sodelovanje in komunikacija z internimi oddelki, prevozniki, strankami in s pristojnimi organi,
  • izvajanje carinskih postopkov in priprava dokumentacije za carinski postopek,
  • prisotnost pri inšpekcijskih in carinskih pregledih,
  • izvajanje procesov v skladu s politiko podjetja,
  • spremljanje davčne in carinske zakonodaje,
  • mesečni pregled prometa in priprava poročil,
  • administrativno delo, fakturiranje.

Kaj pričakujemo:

  • vsaj 3 leta izkušenj na primerljivem delovnem mestu,
  • sposobnost izvajanja carinskih postopkov za uvoz/izvoz blaga,
  • zaželen je opravljen carinski izpit in licenca (ni pogoj),
  • odlične organizacijske in komunikacijske sposobnosti,
  • željo po delu z ljudmi ter komuniciranju s klienti in partnerji
  • spretnost, hitrost in natančnost ter zmožnost hitrega prilagajanja v dinamičnem okolju,
  • visoko stopnjo samoiniciative in občutek odgovornosti,
  • vozniški izpit B kategorije.
