A Gestão OPME está crescendo e busca profissional para desenvolver estratégias e processos de sucesso na área Administrativa!

Sua atuação estará diretamente ligada ao desenvolvimento e gestão das atividades administrativas, financeiras e de recursos humanos da empresa, sendo que farão parte do seu desafio:

  • Coordenar, orientar e supervisionar o controle financeiro de contas a pagar e a receber, faturamento, folha de pagamento, encargos sociais, impostos. Acompanhar, periodicamente, o fechamento financeiro do período, para fins de organização, controle e report;
  • Manter-se informado(a) sobre o mercado financeiro, avaliar e comparar taxas bancárias, taxas de juros e aplicações junto às instituições bancárias;
  • Coordenar o processo de compras de materiais, reservas de viagens (passagens e hotéis) e reembolso de despesas;
  • Acompanhar, desenvolver e dar suporte aos processos administrativos, para orientação e padronização de rotinas, fluxos de trabalho e diretrizes, visando a melhoria na qualidade dos serviços, integração da equipe e estruturação de processos internos;
  • Ser responsável pela apuração e análise de indicadores para subsidiar o planejamento estratégico da empresa, em conjunto com a Diretoria Geral, bem como realizar o acompanhamento mensal dos acordos comerciais com clientes e fornecedores;
  • Estruturar o time de gestão administrativa da empresa, gerir as equipes, promover a capacitação, adotar estratégias para o desenvolvimento contínuo desses profissionais;
  • Implementar e supervisionar políticas e programas de recursos humanos, compreendendo programa de avaliação de desempenho de pessoal, programa de cargos e salários, recrutamento e seleção, plano anual de capacitações e demais atividades relacionadas a política de recursos humanos;
  • Estabelecer indicadores e monitorar o atendimento deles;
  • Zelar pelo cumprimento das metas;
  • Reportar ao CEO os indicadores de performance.

Perfil desejado & Skills

  • Profissional generalista com alta capacidade de liderança para desenvolvimento de pessoas e processos. Dinâmico, com visão holística, resiliente, com habilidades para lidar com prazos e metas.

Requisitos

  • Superior completo em Administração de Empresas, Gestão de Negócios, Economia, Engenharia, Administração em Saúde ou áreas correlatas
  • Desejável: Especialização em Gestão de Negócios ou Gestão de Pessoas, ou áreas afins
  • Experiência mínima de 3 anos em cargos de Gestão Administrativa Financeira ou de RH
  • Conhecimento e atuação prévia no segmento da saúde, operadoras de saúde e/ou hospitais, e/ou tecnologia em saúde será considerado um diferencial
