Nosso time é formado por pessoas engajadas em inovar no setor de transporte, e que fazem a diferença todos os dias.Nosso propósito é transformar soluções logísticas em resultados importantes em termos de otimização, tecnologia e redução de emissões de CO2.Como Analista de Logística Jr você será responsável por programar os veículos dos Container para atuar no planejamento e programação das operações de transporte, garantindo a melhor utilização da frota e o cumprimento das demandas operacionais.

Responsabilidades e atribuições💡 CONTAMOS COM VOCÊ PARA Realizar a programação diária de veículos para operações de transporte de containers, considerando demanda, disponibilidade de frota, janelas de atendimento, terminais, clientes e características de cada operação;Realizar roteirização e sequenciamento das viagens, buscando a melhor combinação entre demandas e recursos disponíveis;Otimizar a utilização dos veículos, reduzindo ociosidade, deslocamentos improdutivos e viagens vazias;Identificar oportunidades de reaproveitamento de veículos e operações casadas, aumentando a produtividade da frota;Utilizar o sistema de gestão operacional como principal ferramenta para programação, roteirização, acompanhamento e atualização das operações;Garantir que as informações inseridas no sistema estejam corretas, completas e atualizadas, assegurando a confiabilidade dos dados;Realizar a alocação dos veículos considerando tipo de equipamento, capacidade, localização, disponibilidade e necessidade operacional;Trabalhar em conjunto com Operações, Atendimento, Motoristas e Monitoramento para garantir o alinhamento da programação;Acompanhar indicadores de produtividade, utilização da frota, cumprimento da programação, viagens vazias, quilometragem e eficiência operacional;Apoiar a identificação de oportunidades de melhoria nos processos de programação e roteirização;Elaborar e atualizar controles e relatórios operacionais, fornecendo informações para tomada de decisão da liderança.

Requisitos e qualificações👍 VOCÊ PRECISA TER Ensino Médio completo.Desejável Ensino Superior em Logística ou áreas correlatas.Experiência com programação de veículos, logística ou transporte rodoviário;Desejável experiência com transporte de containers e operações portuárias;Conhecimento em sistemas de gestão de transporte (TMS) ou sistemas de programação/frota;Conhecimento em Excel;Disponibilidade para atuar das Das 13:00 as 22:00 Seg a Sexta e Sábado 1300 as 17:00
