Caring Senior Service is now hiring compassionate, reliable, and dedicated Caregivers! We are looking for multiple individuals who are passionate about helping others and want to make a meaningful difference in the lives of clients throughout McAllen, TX.

If you enjoy providing care and companionship, this is a great opportunity to join a supportive team while helping clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes. As a Caregiver, you'll provide essential non-medical assistance and personalized support that makes everyday life easier for those who need it most.

Responsibilities

As a Caregiver, you'll assist clients with their daily routines while promoting their comfort, dignity, and independence.

Your responsibilities may include:

  • Providing companionship and friendly conversation
  • Performing light housekeeping duties
  • Preparing meals
  • Providing medication reminders
  • Assisting with personal care
  • Helping with mobility and safe transfers
  • Running errands and assisting with appointments
  • Observing and reporting changes in client condition

Every client has unique needs, and your compassionate care will help improve their quality of life while allowing them to remain comfortable in their own homes.

Requirements

We are seeking caring and dependable individuals who are committed to providing quality assistance and respectful care.

Qualified applicants should have:

  • A compassionate, patient, and reliable personality
  • Dependable transportation to client locations
  • A valid driver's license and current auto insurance
  • Ability to successfully pass a background check
  • Previous caregiving, home care, senior care, or CNA experience preferred
