Lead Caregiver

Location: Farmington & surrounding areas

Pay: $20/hour + $150/week Standby Pay Flexible Schedule | On-Call Required | Bi-Weekly Pay | Urgently Hiring

Caring Senior Service is hiring an experienced Lead Caregiver, CNA, PCA, or HHA to provide client care while supporting our caregivers and office team.

Your Responsibilities

  • Provide quality care to clients
  • Help cover open shifts
  • Support caregiver scheduling
  • Help train and onboard new caregivers
  • Assist caregivers in the field
  • Answer calls and support the office team
  • Help maintain quality care
  • Lead by example

Requirements

  • 5+ years of caregiving, CNA, PCA, HHA, or Lead Caregiver experience
  • Must be 18+
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and on-call
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
  • Compassionate, dependable, and professional
  • Able to pass a background check
  • Authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Bilingual skills are a plus
