The posting

At Caris, we understand that cancer is an ugly word—a word no one wants to hear, but one that connects us all. That’s why we’re not just transforming cancer care—we’re changing lives.

We introduced precision medicine to the world and built an industry around the idea that every patient deserves answers as unique as their DNA. Backed by cutting-edge molecular science and AI, we ask ourselves every day: “What would I do if this patient were my mom?” That question drives everything we do.

But our mission doesn’t stop with cancer. We're pushing the frontiers of medicine and leading a revolution in healthcare—driven by innovation, compassion, and purpose.

Join us in our mission to improve the human condition across multiple diseases. If you're passionate about meaningful work and want to be part of something bigger than yourself, Caris is where your impact begins.

Job Responsibilities

  • Execute marketing plans and programs for Caris’ early detection portfolio under the direction of the Senior Director of Early Detection Marketing.
  • Manage the development and delivery of integrated campaigns across digital, print, email, social media, events, field marketing, and other relevant channels.
  • Support healthcare professional marketing initiatives targeting oncologists, primary care providers, specialists, health systems, and other clinical stakeholders.

  • Maintain project timelines, budgets, status reports, approval documentation, and other materials required to deliver marketing programs on schedule.
  • Support product launches and market-development initiatives by coordinating cross-functional deliverables, meetings, milestones, and launch-readiness activities.
  • Partner with Sales and Commercial teams to develop and maintain field resources, training materials, customer presentations, and other sales-enablement tools.
  • Gather feedback from Sales, customers, patients, and other stakeholders to identify opportunities to improve marketing programs and materials.
  • Conduct competitive research and monitor market trends, customer behavior, campaign activity, and industry developments.
  • Track campaign and program performance using established metrics; prepare reports and recommend tactical improvements based on results.
  • Support market research projects, including survey development, vendor coordination, interview scheduling, data collection, and insight summaries.
  • Assist with key opinion leader, advisory board, patient advocacy, and customer-engagement programs.
  • Coordinate Caris’ presence at conferences, congresses, trade shows, customer meetings, and other industry events.
  • Manage day-to-day relationships with creative agencies, media partners, research firms, freelancers, printers, and other external vendors.
  • Review agency and vendor deliverables for accuracy, brand consistency, quality, timing, and alignment with project objectives.
  • Maintain organized libraries of approved marketing assets, brand resources, product information, and campaign materials.
  • Ensure marketing activities consistently reflect approved product positioning, messaging, visual identity, and brand standards.
  • Process purchase orders, invoices, contracts, and budget updates in collaboration with Finance, Procurement, and the Senior Director.
  • Collaborate effectively with Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, Regulatory, Legal, Compliance, Sales, Market Access, Corporate Communications, and other internal partners.
  • Perform other marketing and commercialization responsibilities as assigned.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
