The posting

At Caris, we understand that cancer is an ugly word—a word no one wants to hear, but one that connects us all. That’s why we’re not just transforming cancer care—we’re changing lives.

We introduced precision medicine to the world and built an industry around the idea that every patient deserves answers as unique as their DNA. Backed by cutting-edge molecular science and AI, we ask ourselves every day: “What would I do if this patient were my mom?” That question drives everything we do.

But our mission doesn’t stop with cancer. We're pushing the frontiers of medicine and leading a revolution in healthcare—driven by innovation, compassion, and purpose.

Join us in our mission to improve the human condition across multiple diseases. If you're passionate about meaningful work and want to be part of something bigger than yourself, Caris is where your impact begins.

  • Collaborate with Security and Compliance teams to ensure adherence to regulatory and corporate policies.
  • Lead solution architecture discussions during discovery, design, and sprint planning.
  • Review and approve detailed technical specifications, architectural diagrams, and deployment plans.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across clouds, integrations, and automation layers.
  • Support release cycles, including code promotions, performance testing, and system readiness checks.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience, including architecture, development, and solution design.
  • Salesforce Certified Application Architect or System Architect required; CTA preferred.
  • Deep expertise with Salesforce Lightning, Apex, SOQL, LWC, and Flow orchestration.
  • Strong experience with enterprise integration frameworks and middleware (MuleSoft, Boomi, Informatica, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of security models, OAuth, SSO, and identity management.
  • Demonstrated experience designing data models and complex automation logic.
  • Proven ability to lead technical design, influence architecture strategy, and communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in regulated industries (e.g., healthcare, life sciences, finance, or government).
  • Familiarity with DevOps tooling (e.g., Copado, Gearset, Git-based CI/CD).
  • Experience with multi-org strategy, org consolidation, and large-scale Salesforce transformations.
  • Strong understanding of AI/ML capabilities within Salesforce (Einstein, generative AI tools).
  • Cloud platform knowledge (AWS, Azure, GCP) and microservices architecture concepts

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
