Unsere Caritas-Klinik St. Marien Brandenburg ist eine geriatrische Fachklinik mit 142 stationären Betten und 16 teilstationären Plätzen in der Tagesklinik. Bei uns steht der ältere Mensch im Mittelpunkt! Als Logopädin / Logopäde arbeitest du fachlich versiert und empathisch mit Patient:innen, die unter Sprach-, Sprech- und Schluckstörungen leiden – infolge neurologischer Erkrankungen, demenzieller Entwicklungen, Sturzfolgen, Tumorschädigungen und anderer logopädischer Störungsbilder.

Deine Aufgabe

  • Diagnostik mit Struktur: Durchführung von Anamnesen und Einsatz standardisierter Testverfahren zur gezielten Erfassung von Sprach-, Sprech- und Schluckstörungen.
  • Therapie mit Wirkung: Individuelle Behandlung mit etablierten logopädischen Methoden – empathisch, wirksam und fachlich fundiert.
  • Ziele im Blick: Unterstützung geriatrischer Patient:innen beim Wiedererlangen von Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Lebensqualität.
  • Dokumentation im Griff: Sorgfältige, strukturierte Dokumentation von Therapieverläufen und Ergebnissen.
  • Miteinander im Team: Zusammenarbeit auf Augenhöhe mit Ärzt:innen, Pflege und Therapieteam.

  • Team und Empathie: Freude an interdisziplinärer Zusammenarbeit und einfühlsamer Umgang mit unseren geriatrischen Patient:innen.
  • Weiterentwicklung: Interesse an der Mitgestaltung und Weiterentwicklung unserer Therapiestandards und -konzepte.
  • Ein Plus, kein Muss: Zusatzqualifikation als Praxisanleiter:in – besonders willkommen, aber nicht erforderlich.
