The posting

Le Service Aide sociale - composé d-une vingtaine d-assistantes et assistants sociaux gérés par 3 responsables d-équipe et piloté par un responsable de service - a pour mission l-octroi de l-aide sociale aux réfugiés qui ne sont pas financièrement autonomes. Les équipes les suivent individuellement, établissent les budgets mensuels et leur fournissent une aide matérielle et personnelle conformément à la loi cantonale et au principe de subsidiarité. Ils les soutiennent également dans leurs démarches administratives et évaluent leurs besoins en matière d-intégration. Le Service travaille en étroite collaboration avec les services Finances & Administration et Réception, Logement et Infrastructures, Intégration et juridique.

Afin de compléter notre équipe, nous recherchons deux Assistants sociaux, dont un à 60% et l'autre à 80%.

Vos tâches

  • Accueillir, accompagner et conseiller les réfugiés statutaires dans le cadre de l-aide sociale
  • Etablir les budgets mensuels
  • Assurer le principe de subsidiarité
  • Collaborer avec une équipe pluridisciplinaire et au sein du réseau externe
  • Participer activement aux colloques, intervisions et supervisions
  • Procéder à des visites à domicile
  • Gestion de dossiers mixtes

Nos exigences

  • Formation d-assistant-e social-e ou jugée équivalente
  • Connaissance et expérience de la loi sur l-aide sociale (LASoc)
  • Compétences administratives et rédactionnelles
  • Excellente capacité à prioriser les tâches et à gérer le stress
  • Aisance dans l-utilisation des outils informatiques
  • Sens de la collaboration, de la négociation et du travail en équipe
  • Empathie et capacité à accompagner des personnes en situation de vulnérabilité
  • Maîtrise de l-allemand en plus du français souhaité
  • Compétences transculturelles et/ou affinité pour le domaine de l-asile et des réfugiés

Le lieu de travail est Fribourg. Entrée en fonction: 1er janvier 2027 ou à convenir.
