Caritas Zagrebačke nadbiskupije zapošljava asistenta/icu u Stambenoj zajednici za osobe s invaliditetom na Trešnjevci na pola radnog vremena.

Rad u stambenoj zajednici s 8 mladih korisnika, pokretnih osoba koji imaju intelektualne teškoće, podrazumijeva sudjelovanje i pružanje podrške korisnicima u svakodnevnim obvezama, u brizi o zdravlju, osobnoj higijeni i urednosti prostora, pripremi obroka, kao i praćenje i podršku na izletima i putovanjima; poticanje razvoja radnih navika i životnih vještina. Posao uključuje praćenje i evidentiranje važnijih događaja i promjena u ponašanju i životu korisnika te sudjelovanje i podršku u svim segmentima svakodnevnog života korisnika uz ulaganje truda u što bolju kvalitetu života osoba s invaliditetom.

Uvjet: OŠ i završen tečaj za njegu ili osposobljavanje za poslove asistenta u organiziranom stanovanju, probni rad u trajanju 1 mjeseca

Ako tečaj za njegu ili za poslove asistenta nije položen, moguće polaganje u dogovorenom roku.

Opis radnog mjesta:

• podrazumijeva sudjelovanje i pružanje podrške korisnicima u svakodnevnim obvezama, u brizi o zdravlju, osobnoj higijeni i urednosti prostora Kuće, pripremi obroka, praćenje i podrška na izletima i putovanjima; poticanje razvoja radnih navika i životnih vještina • pruža sveobuhvatnu podršku korisnicima u razvijanja interesno-kreativnih aktivnosti (interesa za provođenje aktivnosti, poticanje kreativnosti, uključivanje u aktivnosti slobodnog vremena); • svakodnevno prati i evidentira zdravstveno stanje korisnika i priprema korisnike za liječničke preglede • kontinuirano se educira i postupa po uputama voditelja Kuće i drugih stručnih radnika • poštuje etička pravila i profesionalnost u radu s povjerljivim informacijama

Radno vrijeme

Zapošljavanje na pola radnog vremena, a radno vrijeme raspoređeno je u 12 satne smjene (8-20 i 20-8) što uključuje rad noću i vikendom i praznikom prema unaprijed dogovorenom rasporedu.

Zakona o socijalnoj skrbi NN 18/22, 71/23 i 61/25)
