Caritas Zagrebačke nadbiskupije zapošljava medicinsku sestru/tehničara / primalju za njeg u Kući Bl. Alojzija Stepinca u Brezovici - skrb za djecu i odrasle s tjelesnim i mentalnim oštećenjem. UVJET: • SSS, završeno strukovno obrazovanje za zanimanje medicinska sestra ili završeno srednjoškolsko obrazovanje za primalje • VŠS, završen sveučilišni ili stručni prijediplomski studij sestrinstva/primaljstva • odobrenje za samostalan rad izdano pri nadležnoj komori • probni rad u trajanju 2 mjeseca • 1 godina radnog iskustva ui struci RADNO VRIJEME: • rad u smjenama • dežurstva vikendom i praznikom prema rasporedu Opis radnog mjesta: • svakodnevno prati opće zdravstveno stanje korisnika (promatranje i evidentiranje općeg izgleda, funkcionalnosti, promjene ponašanja i drugih pokazatelja zdravstvenih teškoća, mjerenje temperature, pojačano praćenje korisnika pod farmakoterapijom i korisnika u pogoršanom stanju) i izvještava glavnu sestru; • dijeli pripremljenu medicinsku terapiju korisnicima; • provodi njegu korisnika koja uključuje: pomoć pri obavljanju osobne higijene, pomoć kod oblačenja i svlačenja korisnika, pomoć kod hranjenja korisnika, pomoć pri obavljanju fizioloških potreba korisnika, održavanje higijene posteljine korisnika, održavanje higijene prostora, dezinfekcija pomagala i ostalog upotrijebljenog pribora i instrumenata, provođenje preventivnih mjera za sprečavanje dekubitusa, kontraktura, tromboze i respiratornih komplikacija, uočavanje promjena na korisniku i izvještava glavnu sestru; • skrbi tijekom noći o korisnicima te prati ponašanje i navike korisnika, priprema korisnike za spavanje, budi korisnike, nadzire korisnike tijekom noći i provodi potrebne aktivnosti tijekom noći vezane uz njegu i zaštitu zdravlja korisnika; • priprema korisnike za liječničke preglede u i izvan Kuće i prati ih na liječnički pregled po potrebi; • radi prema rasporedu u smjenama i uključena je u dežurstva vikendom i praznikom; • vodi i odgovorna je za pravilno vođenje zdravstvene dokumentacije korisnika sukladno važećim propisima i prema propisanim protokolima, pravilnicima, naputcima i sudjeluje u radu stručnih tijela Kuće; • sudjeluje u izradi i provedbi projekata Caritasa; • kontinuirano se stručno usavršava i aktivno i pasivno sudjeluje na stručnim predavanjima, skupovima i edukacijama na području sestrinstva; • pridržava se mjera zaštite na radu i zaštite od požara; • poštuje etička pravila i profesionalnost u radu s povjerljivim informacijama; • obavlja i druge poslovi po nalogu voditelja Službe, Kuće i Sektora i ravnatelja; • za svoj rad odgovara voditeljima Službe, Kuće i Sektora i ravnatelju.

Uz pisanu prijavu na natječaj i životopis potrebno je priložiti: 1. Presliku osobne iskaznice; 2. Preslika domovnice; 3. Elektronički zapis o radnopravnom statusu; 4. Dokaz o stečenoj stručnoj spremi (preslika diplome); 5. položen stručni ispit za medicinsku sestru/tehničara 6. Odobrenje za samostalan rad (licenca) od nadležne komore (preslika); 7. Uvjerenje da se ne vodi kazneni postupak (Zakon o socijalnoj skrbi (NN 18/22 71/23 61/25) članak 261.).
