The posting

Caritas Zagrebačke nadbiskupije zapošljava psihologa/nju Kući za žrtve obiteljskog nasiljanasilja u obitelji u Samoboru. Uvjeti:

  • Završen sveučilišni diplomski ili stručni studij ili sveučilišni integrirani prijediplomski i diplomski studij psihologije, 1 godina radnog iskustva u struci
  • Položen stručni ispit i odobrenje za samostalan rad izdano pri Hrvatskoj psihološkoj komori
  • probni rad u trajanju 6 mjeseci

Radno vrijeme:

  • prijepodnevna smjena; a poslijepodnevna smjena prema prethodnom dogovoru i rasporedu i pasivna dežurstva prema rasporedu

Opis posla:​

  • kao član/ica stručnog tima Kuće sudjeluje u prijemu i otpustu korisnika;
  • pomaže korisniku u razdoblju prilagodbe te kod uključivanja u život Kuće;
  • organizira i pruža psihološku pomoć korisnicima Kuće uz prethodnu procjenu njihovih potreba, opservaciju i dijagnostiku, što uključuje: pružanje podrške i pomoći u razdoblju adaptacije, psihologijska obrada korisnika (utvrđivanje inicijalnog stanja – kognitivnog, socio-emocionalnog i funkcionalnog, utvrđivanje stupnja potrebne podrške, praćenje, evaluacija), psihološko osnaživanje korisnika, poticanje razvijanja primjerenih oblika ponašanja, edukacija i savjetodavni rad s korisnicima te poticanje za sudjelovanje na radionicama i edukacijama za u cilju osnaživanja korisnika);
  • organizira i vodi individualni rad s korisnicima;
  • organizira i samostalno provodi edukacije i savjetodavni rad sa stručnim radnicima Kuće;
  • surađuje sa svim ustanovama važnim za korisnika;
  • ispituje, vrednuje, opservira i interpretira rezultate obrade po psihološkim mjernim instrumentima te bilježi zapažanja, daje preporuke, stručna mišljenja i izvješća stručnom timu Kuće, voditelju Sektora i/ili po zahtjevu vanjskih institucija;
  • vodi i odgovoran/na je za pravilno vođenje stručne dokumentacije korisnika i usluga sukladno važećim propisima i prema propisanim protokolima, pravilnicima, naputcima i sudjeluje u radu stručnih tijela Kuće;
  • po potrebi obavlja poslove savjetovanja i pomaganja korisnicima po izlasku iz Kuće Caritasa;
  • obavlja mentorstvo pripravnika, studenata i volontera na stručnoj praksi i radu u Caritasu;
  • inicira i sudjeluje u izradi i provedbi projekata Caritasa;
  • pridržava se mjera zaštite na radu i zaštite od požara;
  • radi prema rasporedu u smjenama i uključen je u dežurstva vikendom i praznikom;
  • kontinuirano se stručno usavršava te aktivno i pasivno sudjeluje na stručnim predavanjima, skupovima i edukacijama na području psihologije i odgoja;
  • poštuje etička pravila i profesionalnost u radu s povjerljivim informacijama;
  • obavlja i druge poslovi po nalogu voditelja Kuće, voditelja Sektora i ravnatelja;
  • za svoj rad odgovara voditelju Kuće, voditelju Sektora i ravnatelju.

Zapošljavanje na određeno; zamjena za porodiljni dopust. Uz pisanu prijavu na natječaj i životopis potrebno je priložiti:

1. Presliku osobne iskaznice; 2. Presliku domovnice; 3. Elektronički zapis o radnopravnom statusu; 4. Dokaz o stečenoj stručnoj spremi (preslika diplome); 5. Dokaz o položenom stručnom ispitu (preslika); 6. Odobrenje za samostalan rad (licenca) od nadležne komore (preslika); 7. Uvjerenje da se ne vodi kazneni postupak (Zakon o socijalnoj skrbi (NN 18/22 71/23 61/25) članak 261.).
