Caritas Zentralschweiz ist eine Non\-Profit\-Organisation, die sich in der Zentralschweiz für die gesellschaftlichen Brennpunkte Armut, Arbeit und Teilhabe einsetzt. Über 160 Mitarbeitende, 200 Dolmetschende und rund 250 Freiwillige engagieren sich für Menschen in schwierigen Lebenssituationen und fördern die soziale und berufliche Integration.

Warum die Rolle wichtig ist

Unser Secondhand \& Brocki «Caritas Wohnen» in Sursee verbindet ökologische und soziale Nachhaltigkeit. Neben der Wiederverwendung gespendeter Waren schaffen wir Arbeits\- und Integrationsmöglichkeiten für Menschen, die Unterstützung beim Wiedereinstieg in den regulären Arbeitsmarkt benötigen. Mit deiner Arbeit als Agog\*in Verkauf und Warenbewirtschaftungleistest du einen wichtigen Beitrag zu beiden Zielen.

So sieht dein Beitrag im Alltag aus

  • Aktiver Kundenkontakt und Verkauf von Kleidern, Möbeln, Velos, Spielwaren und weiteren Secondhand\-Artikeln
  • Einschätzung, Sortierung und Bewirtschaftung der gespendeten Waren
  • Attraktive und verkaufsfördernde Präsentation der Produkte
  • Aufbereitung und teilweise Montage von Möbeln und anderen Gegenständen
  • Begleitung, Anleitung und Förderung von Programmteilnehmenden im Arbeitsalltag
  • Unterstützung der Teilnehmenden bei ihrer beruflichen und sozialen Integration

Du identifizierst dich mit der Mission unseres Secondhand \& Brocki und möchtest dazu beitragen, gespendeten Gegenständen ein zweites Leben zu schenken. Die Arbeit mit Menschen liegt dir am Herzen und du begegnest unterschiedlichen Lebenssituationen offen, wertschätzend und mit Verständnis.

Zudem bringst du Folgendes mit:

  • Eine agogische Ausbildung. Falls du noch keine agogische Ausbildung hast, verfügst du zwingend über praktische Erfahrung im arbeitsagogischen Bereich und bist motiviert, die Ausbildung berufsbegleitend zu absolvieren.
  • Erfahrung und Freude am Verkauf, idealerweise im Detailhandel oder Secondhand\-Bereich.
  • Ein gutes Gespür für Warenpräsentation und handwerkliches Geschick.
  • Eine offene Kommunikation, Eigeninitiative und Verantwortungsbewusstsein.

Wir arbeiten rollenbasiert und auf Augenhöhe zusammen. Jede Person bringt ihre eigenen Stärken ein und übernimmt Verantwortung für das, was wichtig ist. Neben deinen Fachrollen in Verkauf, Warenbewirtschaftung und Arbeitsagogik kannst du je nach Kompetenzen, Interessen und Bedarf weitere Rollen übernehmen. Du erhältst Gestaltungsspielraum und kannst deine Ideen aktiv einbringen.
