Der Caritas\-Markt in Emmenbrücke bietet Menschen mit knappem Budget Produkte des täglichen Bedarfs zu Tiefstpreisen. Das vielseitige Sortiment wird von unseren Kund\*innen sehr geschätzt. Gemeinsam mit Kanton und Gemeinden führen wir zudem im Bereich Berufliche Integration Angebote für Erwerbslose mit mehreren Betrieben, Läden und Bildungsangeboten durch.

Zur Ergänzung unseres Teams im Caritas Markt in Emmenbrücke wünschen wir uns dich.

Deine Aufgaben

Du arbeitest in einem engagierten Team, das aus einer weiteren Mitarbeiterin, Lernenden, Mitarbeitenden in der beruflichen Integration und Zivildienstleistenden besteht. Mit deinem Fachwissen und deiner Erfahrung gestaltest du einen attraktiven Markt mit und trägst zu einem guten Einkaufserlebnis für unsere Kund\*innen bei. Dazu gehören die Warenpräsentation und \-bewirtschaftung, das Bestellwesen, die Kassenbetreuung und die Abrechnung sowie weitere administrative und filialbezogene Aufgaben.

Flexibilität als Teil der Aufgabe

Rund die Hälfte deines Pensums entfällt auf Ferien\- und Abwesenheitsablösungen im Team. Das bedeutet abwechslungsreiche Einsätze und eine wichtige Rolle für den reibungslosen Betrieb mit mindestens 20 % Einsatzzeit pro Woche.

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Detailhandel und mehrjährige Verkaufserfahrung – idealerweise im Lebensmittelbereich – sind ein Muss.
  • Kundenorientierte, offene Persönlichkeit, die unseren Kund\*innen mit Freude ein gutes Einkaufserlebnis bietet.
  • Hohe Sozialkompetenz und Interesse an sozialen Themen
  • Hohe zeitliche Flexibilität für wechselnde Einsätze und Ferienablösungen
  • Strukturierte Arbeitsweise und unternehmerisches Denken
  • Bereitschaft, dich auf Neues einzulassen und die Zukunft aktiv mitzugestalten
