Caritas Zentralschweiz ist eine Non\-Profit\-Organisation, die sich in der Zentralschweiz für die gesellschaftlichen Brennpunkte Armut, Arbeit und Teilhabe einsetzt. Über 160 Mitarbeitende, 200 Dolmetschende und rund 250 Freiwillige engagieren sich für Menschen in schwierigen Lebenssituationen und fördern die soziale und berufliche Integration.

Unser Secondhand \& Brocki «Caritas Wohnen» in Sursee setzt mit der Wiederverwendung und Aufbereitung gespendeter Gegenstände ein starkes Zeichen für ökologische und soziale Nachhaltigkeit. Mit deinem Einsatz als Mitarbeiter\*in im Verkauf und der Warenbewirtschaftung trägst du dazu bei, den Warenkreislauf aufrechtzuerhalten und mit den Verkaufserträgen soziale Caritas\-Projekte zu finanzieren.

So sieht dein Beitrag im Alltag aus

  • Aktiver Kundenkontakt und Verkauf von Kleidern, Möbeln, Velos, Spielwaren und weiteren Secondhand\-Artikeln
  • Einschätzung, Sortierung und Bewirtschaftung der gespendeten Waren
  • Kreative Planung und Umsetzung einer attraktiven, verkaufsfördernden Warenpräsentation – von kleinen Gegenständen bis hin zu grösseren Möbeln
  • Aufbereitung und teilweise Montage von Möbeln und anderen Gegenständen
  • Mitgestaltung und Weiterentwicklung der Abläufe und Angebote am Standort Sursee

Du bist eine kundenorientierte Verkaufspersönlichkeit mit Leidenschaft für Secondhand und identifizierst dich mit der Mission unseres Secondhand \& Brocki, gespendeten Gegenständen ein zweites Leben zu schenken. Du gehst gerne auf unterschiedliche Menschen zu, arbeitest selbstständig und engagiert und hast Freude daran, unseren Kundinnen und Kunden ein positives Einkaufserlebnis zu bieten.

Zudem bringst du Folgendes mit:

  • Erfahrung im Verkauf, idealerweise im Detailhandel oder Secondhand\-Bereich
  • Ein gutes Gespür für Warenpräsentation und verkaufsfördernde Gestaltung
  • Kreativität und handwerkliches Geschick sowie Freude daran, selbst anzupacken
  • Eine offene, kundenorientierte Kommunikation und Verantwortungsbewusstsein

Wir arbeiten rollenbasiert und auf Augenhöhe zusammen. Jede Person bringt ihre eigenen Stärken ein und übernimmt Verantwortung für das, was wichtig ist. Du arbeitest in einem Team mit festangestellten Mitarbeitenden sowie Menschen, die im Rahmen eines Arbeitsintegrationsprogramms bei uns tätig sind. Neben deinen Fachrollen im Verkauf und in der Warenbewirtschaftung kannst du je nach Kompetenzen, Interessen und Bedarf weitere Rollen übernehmen.
