Die Caritas-Klinik Dominikus in Berlin-Reinickendorf ist ein Ort, an dem Hochleistungsmedizin auf gelebte Nächstenliebe trifft. In unserer Geriatrie behandeln wir nicht nur Diagnosen, sondern Lebensgeschichten. Um diesen Anspruch bei einer Kapazität von 111 Betten auf Top-Niveau zu halten, suchen wir eine Persönlichkeit, die Lust auf interdisziplinäre Arbeit hat.

  • Störungsbilder: Schluckstörungen (Dysphagie), Artikulationsstörungen (Dyslalie), Stimmstörungen (Dysphonie), Aphasien (z. B. nach Schlaganfall), Kognitive Störungsbilder (z. B. Demenz)
  • Interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit: Enge Abstimmung mit Medizin, Pflege und Therapie – echte Teamarbeit auf Augenhöhe.
  • Zeit für Qualität: Keine Schichtarbeit, klare Strukturen und einen Arbeitsalltag, der Therapie in Ruhe ermöglicht.
  • Raum für neue Ideen: Du kannst moderne Methoden ausprobieren und aktiv an der Weiterentwicklung der logopädischen Versorgung mitwirken.

Deine Aufgabe

  • Diagnostik mit Struktur: Durchführung von Anamnesen und Einsatz standardisierter Testverfahren zur gezielten Erfassung von Sprach-, Sprech- und Schluckstörungen.
  • Therapie mit Wirkung: Individuelle Behandlung mit etablierten logopädischen Methoden.
  • Ziele im Blick: Unterstützung geriatrischer Patient:innen beim Wiedererlangen von Kommunikations-, Ess- und Trinkfähigkeit und Lebensqualität.
  • Miteinander im Team: Zusammenarbeit auf Augenhöhe mit Ärzt:innen, Pflege und Therapieteam.
