Du arbeitest ohne feste Stationsbindung und schreibst deinen Dienstplan selbst!

Deine Aufgabe

  • Pflege und Betreuung: Aktivierende therapeutische Pflege und Betreuung geriatrischer Patientinnen und Patienten.
  • Ermöglichung der Teilhabe: Förderung von Selbstständigkeit, Mobilität und Lebensqualität.
  • Teamarbeit: Zusammenarbeit mit Ärzt:innen, Therapeut:innen und weiteren Berufsgruppen.

  • Erfahrung und Interesse: Erfahrung in der Geriatrie ist willkommen, aber keine Voraussetzung. Wichtig ist uns, dass du Freude an der Pflege älterer Menschen mitbringst und unser Team bereicherst.
