Unser Caritas-Hospiz Berlin-Pankow bietet eine offene Atmosphäre mit seinem Garten und ist in eine Parkanlage eingebettet. Es liegt zentral in Berlin-Pankow und ist sehr gut erreichbar – unkompliziert mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln (S-/U-Bahn, Tram) oder dem Fahrrad. Im Team arbeitest du Hand in Hand mit anderen Berufsgruppen und begleitest Gäste an ihrem Lebensende.

Das ist besonders

  • Einarbeitung mit Plan: Individuelle und strukturierte Einarbeitung über sechs Wochen, eng begleitet, mit klarer Orientierung
  • Wenige Gäste, „Zuhausegefühl“: Kleine Anzahl an Gästen, Gruppenpflege in drei festen Teams, gemeinsames Essen im Haus – frisch gekocht durch unsere Hauswirtschaftskräfte
  • Unser Team: Ausschließlich examinierte Pflegefachkräfte, wertschätzendes Miteinander im interdisziplinären und interkulturellen Team, kurze Wege durch flache Hierarchien

Deine Aufgabe

  • Pflege und Begleitung: Bedürfnisorientierte Grund- und Behandlungspflege, Symptomlinderung und empathische Begleitung der Gäste am Lebensende
  • Halt geben: Präsenz in Notfall- und Abschiedssituationen, würdevolle Versorgung Verstorbener und Unterstützung der Zugehörigen
