Unsere Caritas-Klinik Maria Heimsuchung in Berlin-Pankow steht für eine verlässliche, zugewandte und moderne Patient:innenversorgung. Als Teil der Caritas Gesundheit Berlin verbinden wir hohe fachliche Qualität mit einer Haltung, die den Menschen in den Mittelpunkt stellt.

Für die Weiterentwicklung unserer Pflege schaffen wir in der Pflegedirektion eine neue Führungsstruktur. Hierfür suchen wir Sie als Bereichsleitung für einen (von insgesamt vier) der folgende Bereiche:

Innere Medizin (3 Stationen) Chirurgie (3 Stationen) Funktionsbereiche (ZNA, Endoskopie, Linksherzkatheterlabor, Geburtshilfe)

Darum geht es: In dieser Rolle übernehmen Sie die Verantwortung für einen klar definierten stationären oder funktionellen Bereich und gestalten gemeinsam mit der Pflegedirektorin sowie den Bereichspflegeleitungen die Zukunft der Pflege in unserer Klinik. Unser Ziel sind kurze Entscheidungswege, klar geregelte Verantwortlichkeiten und eine vertrauensvolle Nähe zwischen der Pflegedirektion, den Stationsleitungen und Mitarbeitenden.

Ihre Aufgabe

  • Führung und Personalentwicklung: fachliche und disziplinarische Führung, Personalgewinnung und -steuerung, Mitarbeitenden- und Entwicklungsgespräche, wertschätzende Teamkultur
  • Pflegequalität und Prozesse: hochwertige patient:innenorientierte Versorgung, Weiterentwicklung pflegerischer Standards, intra- und interprofessionelle Zusammenarbeit, Qualitäts- und Veränderungsprojekte
  • Ausbildung und Nachwuchsförderung: qualitativ hochwertige praktische Ausbildung, enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Praxiskoordination, den Praxisanleitenden und der Pflegeschule
  • Wirtschaftlichkeit und Zukunftsgestaltung: verantwortungsvoller Einsatz personeller und materieller Ressourcen, Durchführung von Projekten und Digitalisierungsvorhaben, strategische Entwicklungen

  • Fachliche Qualifikation: abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Pflegefachfrau /-mann, Gesundheits- und (Kinder-) Krankenpfleger:in oder vergleichbare Qualifikation, Weiterbildung zur Stations- oder Bereichsleitung und/oder abgeschlossenes Studium im Pflege- oder Gesundheitsmanagement oder die Bereitschaft, diese Qualifikation berufsbegleitend zu absolvieren, ausgeprägte Kenntnisse in Orbis (KIS) und Dienstplanerstellung
  • Führungspersönlichkeit: mehrjährige Leitungserfahrung, klare Kommunikation, Entscheidungsstärke, Verantwortungsbewusstsein, wertschätzender Führungsstil
  • Arbeitsweise: Organisationsgeschick, strukturierte Arbeitsweise, betriebswirtschaftliches Verständnis, hohe Eigenverantwortung, Verlässlichkeit
  • Haltung: Freude an der Weiterentwicklung der Pflege, Innovationsbereitschaft und Gestaltungswille, Präsenz, Teamorientierung und Offenheit für Neues
