Die GSE betreibt in Berlin-Hermsdorf im Auftrag der Caritas Gesundheit Berlin eine der modernsten Aufbereitungseinheiten für Medizinprodukte (AEMP) der Region – ein hochmoderner Neubau, der technisch neue Maßstäbe setzt und optimale Arbeitsbedingungen bietet.

Topmodern, neu geplante Einheiten mit durchdachten Prozessen, kurzen Wegen und einer Ausstattung auf aktuellem Spitzenniveau.

Für diesen zukunftsorientierten Standort suchen wir eine stellvertretende Leitung AEMP (m/w/d), die Lust hat, Verantwortung zu übernehmen und gemeinsam mit uns die Sterilgutversorgung von gleich zwei Krankenhäusern auf höchstem Niveau sicherzustellen.

Deine Aufgabe

  • Führung: Unterstützung der Leitung bei personellen, fachlichen und organisatorischen Themen in einem 12-köpfigen Team
  • Organisation: Personaleinsatz- und Ablaufplanung sowie Optimierung von Prozessen und Strukturen.
  • Kommunikation: Ansprechperson für unsere Technik sowie fürs OP- und Ärzte-Team der Kliniken.
  • Qualität: Sicherstellung von Qualitäts-, Hygiene- und Dokumentationsstandards.
  • Entwicklung: Implementierung neuer Methoden, fachliche Weiterentwicklung des Teams und Förderung lösungsorientierter Zusammenarbeit.
