Als Trainee der Geschäftsführung erhältst Du umfassende Einblicke in die Steuerung und Weiterentwicklung eines modernen Klinikverbundes. Das auf 24 Monate ausgelegte Traineeprogramm bietet Dir strukturierte Entwicklungsphasen, bereitet Dich gezielt auf Führungsaufgaben im Gesundheitsmanagement vor und ermöglicht Dir früh Verantwortung zu übernehmen.

  • Direkte Zusammenarbeit mit einem der beiden Geschäftsführer der Caritas Gesundheit Berlin gGmbH
  • Erwerb von tiefgehenden praxisorientierten Kenntnissen in der Unternehmenssteuerung eines Klinikverbunds, der strategischen Unternehmensentwicklung sowie im operativen Klinikmanagement unseres Klinik- und MVZ-Verbunds
  • Umsetzung von anspruchsvollen Aufgaben/Projekten mit hoher Sichtbarkeit und echtem Gestaltungsspielraum
  • Gezielter Wissenstransfer durch enge Zusammenarbeit mit Führungskräften und Spezialist:innen des Unternehmens
  • Praxisnahes Lernen durch aktive Mitarbeit an unternehmensrelevanten Themen
  • Entwicklungsperspektiven mit dem Ziel der Vorbereitung auf eine Führungslaufbahn im Klinikmanagement

Deine Aufgaben

  • Unternehmensentwicklung: Mitarbeit an strategischen Projekten und Zukunftsthemen des Krankenhausverbunds
  • Planung und Steuerung: Unterstützung bei der Leistungsplanung und Weiterentwicklung zentraler Steuerungsprozesse
  • Koordination: Eigenständige Koordination organisatorischer und administrativer Themen im Geschäftsführungsumfeld
  • Gremienmanagement: Mitwirkung an relevanten Gremien- und Entscheidungsformaten
  • Rotation: Kennenlernen zentraler Unternehmensbereiche im Rahmen strukturierter Rotationen
