Arbejdsopgaver – kok

  • Tilberedning og anretning af varme og kolde retter.
  • Forberedelse af råvarer og daglige køkkenopgaver.
  • Planlægning og organisering af arbejdet i køkkenet.
  • Sikring af kvalitet, smag og præsentation.
  • Overholdelse af regler om fødevaresikkerhed, egenkontrol og køkkenhygiejne.
  • Samarbejde med øvrige medarbejdere om den daglige drift.

Arbejdsopgaver – køkkenmedarbejder

  • Klargøring og forberedelse af råvarer.
  • Hjælp med tilberedning og anretning af mad.
  • Opvask og rengøring af køkken og arbejdsområder.
  • Modtagelse og korrekt opbevaring af varer.
  • Overholdelse af regler om fødevarehygiejne.
  • Hjælp til øvrige praktiske opgaver i køkkenet.

Kvalifikationer

Kok:

  • Relevant erfaring med madlavning fra restaurant, café eller storkøkken er ønskelig.
  • Evne til at arbejde selvstændigt og struktureret.
  • Kendskab til køkkenhygiejne og fødevaresikkerhed.

Køkkenmedarbejder:

  • Erfaring fra køkken er en fordel, men ikke nødvendigvis et krav.
  • Villighed til at lære og udføre praktiske køkkenopgaver.
  • Ansvarsbevidsthed, fleksibilitet og samarbejdsevne.

For begge stillinger forventes det, at medarbejderen er mødestabil, kvalitetsbevidst og i stand til at arbejde i et travlt miljø.
