AUTOMOTIVE TECHNICIAN – JOIN A SHOP THAT VALUES YOUR SKILLS

Carl Hogan Automotive is growing, and we’re looking for experienced Automotive Technicians who want consistent work, competitive pay, and a dealership that respects what technicians bring to the table.

If you’re tired of bouncing between slow shops, poor management, or broken promises, this is an opportunity to join an established dealership group with deep roots in North Mississippi and West Alabama.

We’re looking for technicians who can diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles efficiently while taking pride in doing the job right the first time.

WHAT YOU’LL DO: • Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical vehicle concerns • Perform maintenance and repairs according to dealership standards • Use diagnostic equipment and service information effectively • Test drive and inspect vehicles as needed • Communicate repair recommendations clearly with service advisors and management • Maintain a clean and organized work area • Follow all safety procedures and company policies

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR: • Previous experience as an Automotive Technician or Mechanic • Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting ability • Knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems • Ability to work independently and efficiently • Good communication and teamwork skills • Valid driver’s license • ASE and/or manufacturer certifications are a plus, but not required
