The posting

Carlton Fields is seeking a Hardware Support Technician for its Miami office.   Responsibilities:

Install and configure computer & phone equipment, including site preparation Manage video conferencing Perform diagnostics, repairs, upgrades and ongoing support for hardware Perform diagnostics, repair and ongoing support for software in a Windows 11 environment Assist in managing administrative tasks such as physical inventory of hardware and software license compliance

  Qualifications:

A minimum of 1-2 years hardware field service experience, technical phone support or equivalent Thorough knowledge of hardware products and software capabilities Excellent communication and customer service skills Must be self-motivated and self-directed Must be willing to answer calls after normal working hours as part of an on-call rotation

  Actual salaries will vary depending upon various factors, including relevant experience and skillset. The salary range listed is just one component of the Carlton Fields total compensation package for employees. Other monetary rewards include annual discretionary bonuses based on performance and profit-sharing contributions based on eligibility and firm profitability.   Additionally, Carlton Fields provides a comprehensive suite of benefits to promote health and financial security, including medical, dental, and vision insurance as well as life, accident, and disability insurance plans.
