The posting

Responsável pelo atendimento dos hóspedes e clientes nos Bares, Restaurantes, Room Service, Piscina, Praia, Eventos e demais locais onde haja serviço de alimentos e bebidas.

Tem como objetivo assegurar a satisfação dos clientes, de acordo com os padrões de serviços estipulados em treinamentos, briefings e operação diária, determinado pelos gestores do departamento de A&B da rede Carmel Hotéis.

  • Zelar pela aparência pessoal, sempre com uniformes limpos, passados e ajustados ao corpo; cabelos limpos, cortados e presos; barbas e cavanhaques aparados; boca higienizada; unhas cortadas, limpas e com cores claras; não utilizar aparatos como brincos e piercings; linguagem corporal e verbal formal, evitando gírias, conforme instruções da rede Carmel Hotéis;
  • NÃO utilizar o celular durante horário de trabalho;
  • Zelar pela conservação e pela manutenção dos materiais de rodízio e equipamentos;
  • Prestar serviços aos clientes, de acordo com os procedimentos e padrões de serviço internos estipulados pela gestão do departamento;
  • Organizar a rouparia limpas e sujas do Restaurante, junto à lavanderia;
  • Assegurar o polimento dos materiais a serem utilizados na operação;
  • Manter o salão e a copa de serviço sempre limpa, higienizada e organizada;
  • Atender reclamações de clientes, sempre que necessário, tentando resolver de imediato ou passar o ocorrido para o superior imediato;
  • Fazer a montagem de eventos, coffee breaks, cocktails, festas, etc.
  • Retirar as louças, talheres e utensílios sujos da mesa. Após a limpeza, fazer a montagem da mesa de acordo com os padrões;
  • Comunicar ao superior a necessidade de manutenção dos mobiliários dos restaurantes, bares e demais áreas de A&B, para que a qualidade dos mobiliários mantenha sempre alta;
  • Assegurar um índice de 90% em relação a qualidade dos serviços prestados, de acordo com as avaliações internas e via Trip Advisor;
  • Comunicar o superior imediato quando encontrar itens que não pertencem ao hotel, para que o supervisor possa levar o objeto para a recepção;
  • Ter pontualidade nos horários de entrada, saída e intervalos para refeições;
  • Quando necessário se ausentar do local de trabalho, avisar seu supervisor direto;
  • Seguir outras solicitações pertinentes a operação, quando solicitado pelos seus superiores;
