Suas responsabilidades incluirão:

Ajudar a :Gerencia a alcançar o crescimento e atingir as metas de vendas, gerenciando com sucesso a equipe de vendas

Ajudar a projetar e implantar planos de ações

Responsável pelo visual merchandising da loja

Ajudar com o treinamento e monitoramento de desempenho

Gestão de vendas online

Aplicar sua experiência em lojas de moda para enriquecer e refinar o Grupo Carmen Steffens

Procuramos alguém com:

Experiência significativa em lojas de moda e um amor genuíno por novos desafios.

Que estabeleça laços fortes com as equipes, promovendo um ambiente de respeito e crescimento.

Habilidade em se conectar com as pessoas, motivando e liderando equipes

Contribuir com a o trabalho da Gerente de loja

Importante experiência com liderança
