Responsabilidades

  • Gerenciar, motivar e desenvolver a equipe de vendas, garantindo alta performance.
  • Planejar e executar estratégias comerciais alinhadas aos objetivos da empresa.
  • Acompanhar indicadores, metas, resultados e giro de estoque, propondo ações de melhoria contínua.
  • Garantir a qualidade no atendimento e a fidelização dos clientes a marca, fortalecendo relacionamento
  • Monitorar tendências de moda e mercado, concorrência e comportamento do consumidor.
  • Organizar rotinas e processos, assegurando eficiência operacional.

Requisitos

  • Experiência comprovada como Gerente de Vendas, mínimo de 1 ano em carteira.
  • Forte habilidade de liderança, comunicação e negociação.
  • Capacidade de planejamento, análise de indicadores e tomada de decisão.
  • Perfil dinâmico, proativo e orientado a resultados.
  • Organização, disciplina e excelente gestão de tempo.
  • Ensino Médio completo.
  • Identificação com modelo de venda online, moda e redes sociais
