A Carneiros Temporada está em busca de um(a) Estagiário(a) de Marketing para apoiar as ações de comunicação, conteúdo e marketing digital da empresa.

A oportunidade é ideal para quem deseja desenvolver experiência prática em uma empresa do segmento de turismo e aluguel por temporada, participando da divulgação de imóveis, destinos e da marca Carneiros Temporada.

Observação: O estágio possui carga horária de 5 horas por dia, totalizando 30 horas semanais, de segunda a sábado. É necessário ter disponibilidade para atuação nos turnos da manhã e da tarde, conforme a escala definida pela empresa. Por esse motivo, é necessário que o(a) estudante esteja cursando a graduação no período noturno.

Principais atividades:

• Auxiliar no planejamento e organização do calendário de publicações;

• Produzir e editar fotos, vídeos, Reels e Stories;

• Apoiar a criação de artes e materiais de divulgação;

• Criar conteúdos para divulgação dos imóveis administrados pela empresa;

• Auxiliar na produção de conteúdos sobre Praia dos Carneiros, Tamandaré e Porto de Galinhas;

• Apoiar campanhas promocionais e ações em datas comemorativas;

• Auxiliar na atualização de informações e conteúdos do site;

• Acompanhar tendências, formatos e oportunidades nas redes sociais;

• Apoiar ações de fortalecimento e posicionamento da marca;

• Acompanhar indicadores básicos das redes sociais e desempenho dos conteúdos;

• Dar suporte às demais atividades do setor de Marketing.

Perfil desejado

Busca-se estudante:

• Cursando Marketing, Publicidade e Propaganda, Comunicação Social, Design ou áreas relacionadas;

• Criativo(a), comunicativo(a) e proativo(a);

• Com boa escrita e facilidade para criação de conteúdo;

• Organizado(a) e responsável com prazos;

• Que tenha afinidade com Instagram, TikTok e produção de conteúdo digital;

• Com interesse por turismo, viagens, hotelaria e mercado de aluguel por temporada;

• Com vontade de aprender e desenvolver novas habilidades.

Será um diferencial:

• Conhecimento de Canva;

• Noções de edição de vídeos, especialmente CapCut ou ferramentas semelhantes;

• Conhecimento básico de tráfego pago, Google Ads ou Meta Ads;

• Conhecimento básico de ferramentas de Inteligência Artificial aplicadas ao marketing.

O que será desenvolvido no estágio:

O(a) estagiário(a) terá oportunidade de desenvolver conhecimentos em marketing digital, produção de conteúdo, redes sociais, branding, campanhas publicitárias, análise de resultados e estratégias comerciais aplicadas ao turismo e aluguel por temporada.

Contribuir para aumentar a presença digital da Carneiros Temporada, fortalecer a marca e transformar nossos imóveis e destinos em conteúdos capazes de gerar engajamento, reconhecimento e novas reservas.
