We give our guests the Medallion Class experience others simply can’t. The Love Boat promises something for everyone.

The Revenue Management Training Lead is responsible for creating and maintain training material for Revenue Management. This role involves working with Revenue Management Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to gather and document best practices, design training modules and build onboarding plans for new analysts. The Training Lead will work closely with Associate Vice Presidents, Directors, Managers and Analysts in Revenue Management. At times, the role will also work with Data Scientists and need to build material to explain highly complex

Here’s a summary of what Princess is looking for in a Revenue Management Training Lead. Is this you?

Responsibilities:

  • Training Content Development & Maintenance: Create, organize, and maintain clear, accurate revenue management training materials, including presentations, job aids, reference guides, and other learning resources. Keep content current as processes, tools, and business practices evolve.
  • Subject Matter Expert Partnership: Collaborate with revenue management leaders and subject matter experts to identify, validate, and document best practices. Translate their expertise into consistent, practical training content that meets the needs of analysts and the broader revenue management organization.
  • Training Programs & Analyst Onboarding: Design structured training modules and onboarding plans for new revenue management analysts. Coordinate learning activities, assess understanding and effectiveness, gather feedback, and continuously improve the training experience.
  • Complex Concept Translation & Delivery Support: Partner with revenue management and Data Science teams to convert complex analytical methods, pricing concepts, and models into easy-to-understand business language. Build polished materials that can be delivered effectively by this role or other presenters.

Knowledge & Skills:

  • Scope: This role leads the development and ongoing maintenance of training materials for the Revenue Management organization. It partners with VPs, AVPs, directors, managers, analysts, and subject matter experts to document best practices, create structured learning content, and develop onboarding plans for new analysts. The role may also collaborate with Data Science teams to translate complex models and analytical concepts into practical guidance for business users.
  • Problem Solving: This role must turn complex, evolving revenue management processes and technical concepts into clear, accurate, and easy-to-understand learning materials. It will reconcile input from multiple stakeholders, identify gaps or inconsistencies in existing documentation, determine the appropriate level of detail for different audiences, and select the most effective format for each learning need. The role will use learner feedback and business changes to continuously improve training content and delivery.
  • Impact: The quality and consistency of this role’s work directly affect how quickly analysts become proficient and how effectively Revenue Management teams apply processes, tools, analytical insights, and pricing strategies. Strong training materials and onboarding programs will improve knowledge retention, reduce reliance on informal instruction, support consistent decision-making, and strengthen organizational capability across Revenue Management.
  • Leadership: This role leads through expertise, influence, and collaboration rather than direct people management. It is responsible for establishing training standards, coordinating contributions from subject matter experts, managing content-development priorities, and promoting continuous learning across the organization. The role must communicate confidently with senior leaders, facilitate alignment among stakeholders, and support presenters and learners with clear guidance and coaching.

Essential/Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in Data Science, Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Business or a closely related quantitative field.

Essential experience required:

  • At least 7 years of progressively responsible experience educating in quantitative fields (e.g., business analytics, data science, business intelligence, revenue management, pricing analytics).
  • Demonstrated experience teaching complex concepts to business analysts.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
