DOEL VAN DE FUNCTIE

Als Magazijnier Receptie sta je aan het begin van onze volledige logistieke keten. Alles wat ons magazijn binnenkomt, passeert eerst langs jou: je lost de vrachtwagens, controleert de goederen grondig en registreert ze correct in ons WMS.

Een fout aan de receptie werkt door tot bij de klant, dus jouw nauwkeurigheid is goud waard. Je werkt in 2 wisselende ploegen.

KERNVERANTWOORDELIJKHEDEN

Goederenontvangst

  • Lossen: Je lost vrachtwagens met binnenkomende goederen veilig en vlot met de heftruck.
  • Controleren: Je controleert elke levering op kwaliteit, aantallen en overeenstemming met de bestelling.
  • Registreren: Je boekt de ontvangen goederen correct en volledig in ons WMS, zodat onze voorraad altijd klopt.
  • Afwijkingen melden: Klopt er iets niet? Je meldt het meteen, documenteert het duidelijk en zoekt mee naar een oplossing.

Retouren

  • Verwerken: Je verwerkt retourgoederen van klanten: je controleert hun staat, registreert ze correct en zorgt dat ze op de juiste plek terechtkomen.

Meedenken in de flow

  • Overzicht: Je weet wat er na jouw stap gebeurt (inslag, picking, verzending) en houdt daar rekening mee.
  • Samenwerking: Je werkt nauw samen met je collega's aan de receptie, onder aansturing van de Teamleader Inbound, en zorgt voor een heldere overdracht.
  • Verbeteren: Je ziet waar het slimmer of veiliger kan en doet concrete voorstellen.

Orde & Veiligheid

  • Orde: Je houdt de receptiezone overzichtelijk, opgeruimd en veilig.
  • Materiaal: Je gaat zorgzaam om met de heftruck en het materiaal.

JOUW PROFIEL

  • Oog voor detail: Je werkt secuur, controleert dubbel en ziet fouten die anderen over het hoofd zien.
  • Betrouwbaar & eerlijk: Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor je werk en durft fouten of twijfels open te melden, ook je eigen.
  • Service voor de hele keten: Je beseft dat je collega's in het magazijn, de chauffeurs en uiteindelijk onze klanten rekenen op jouw werk.
  • Gedreven meedenker: Je bent een aanpakker die zelfstandig werkt en oplossingsgericht meedenkt.

Kennis & Ervaring

  • Ervaring: Je hebt ervaring in een magazijnomgeving, bij voorkeur in goederenontvangst of receptie.
  • Heftruck: Je hebt een geldig heftruckattest én praktijkervaring met de heftruck. Ervaring met de reachtruck is een pluspunt.
  • Computer & WMS: Je werkt vlot met de computer. Ervaring met een WMS of handscanner is een sterke troef.
  • Logistiek inzicht: Je begrijpt hoe een goederenstroom in elkaar zit, van ontvangst tot levering.
  • Uurrooster: Je werkt in 2 wisselende shifts: shift 1 van 5u00 tot 13u22 en shift 2 van 12u38 tot 21u00.
  • Taal: Je spreekt, begrijpt en leest goed Nederlands.
